Right, i'm getting fat, therefore i need to exercise!
I'm going to try to go on my stepper thing every evening to try to increase my fitness, which is currently so low as to be non-existant. I went on the stepper yesterday evening and managed to do 52 steps! This apparently burnt 5 calories, so i probably shouldn't have eaten chocolate straight afterwards as a reward ... *sigh*
I'll keep a log of how many steps i manage each day here.
